Emmy Award Winner to be Keynote Speaker The WISE Conference

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas -- Nationally acclaimed Emmy Award winner and four-time Oprah Winfrey guest, Rhonda Britten, will headline as Keynote Speaker at this year’s WISE Conference held at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center on October 16, 2013.

Rhonda Britten’s Keynote outlines the proven principles introduced in her bestselling book, Fearless Living: Live Without Excuses. Britten is a passionate, humorous speaker who champions real-world skills that help her audiences live better lives.

The WISE Conference is a one-day event hosted by three local business associations, Montgomery County Association of Business Women, The Woman’s Council of Realtors, and five local chapters of WOAMTEC (Women on a Mission to Earn Commission). It’s a networking opportunity meant to allow business professionals to take a moment, slow down and have fun.

“We want everyone to leave smiling and feeling a little lighter,” said Carol Gooch, Founder and Director of Montgomery County Association of Business Women. “Let’s take a day together, build relationships, get inspired and have fun doing it.”

The conference will also feature Theresa Roemer, a successful entrepreneur, esteemed motivational speaker, and author of the award winning book, Nude: Unveiling Your Inner Beauty and Sensuality.

Amy Milstead, president of Milstead Automotive and current Chairman of the Board for The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, will emcee the event.

The conference will include networking with local business owners, visiting exhibitor booths, three motivational speakers, a sit-own luncheon, fashion show, and door prizes.

The WISE Conference will be held at the Woodlands Resort and Conference Center on October 16, 2013, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The conference will sell 250 tickets to this exclusive event and can be purchased at The Wise Conference . Proceeds from this year’s conference will go to IGoPink, a Breast Cancer Charities of America organization, and the American Cancer Society.
