MCABW anniversary luncheon to feature Congressman Kevin Brady August 27

CONROE, Texas -- U.S. Congressman Kevin Brady (R-Texas) will give the keynote speech at the Montgomery County Association of Business Women’s (MCABW) eighth anniversary celebration and luncheon on August 27.

In what is becoming an annual tradition, Congressman Brady returns again this year to acknowledge the organization and its philanthropic work in the community. Always gracious enough to take questions, this is an opportunity for members to ask their Congressman about current political topics.

The event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Incredible Pizza Company. One-to-one networking takes place 11:30-noon; the meeting will follow with Brady’s address.

“We’re honored to have Congressman Brady back again this year,” said Carol Gooch, the founder and Executive Director of the MCABW. “It’s a privilege to have our state representative take such an interest in our organization.”

In addition to the celebratory anniversary cake, the event will include door prizes, and camaraderie among women business owners, employees of major corporations in the community, and industry professionals.
