Fugitive Fidel Ramos
HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating a fugitive (Fidel Ramos) who is wanted for Indecency with Child (Sexual Contact).
Reward of up to $5,000 leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in this case.
On August 29, 2022, Houston Police Officers received a report of a Sexual Abuse of a Child in the 2900 block of Rolido Dr. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that the fugitive performed inappropriate sexual contact on the victim.
Fidel Ramos is a 50-year-old Hispanic male, 5’09” with brown eyes and black hair.
Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging &/or arrest of the suspects in this case. Information may be reported by calling 713-222-TIPS (8477), submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org or through the Crime Stoppers mobile app. Only tips and calls DIRECTLY TO Crime Stoppers are anonymous and eligible for a cash reward.

Things you should know about the Crime Stoppers Tip Line Program:

- Crime Stoppers may pay cash rewards of up to $5,000 on serious crime in the Greater Houston Area. There may be increased rewards available.
- The only requirement is you must report your tip directly to the Crime Stoppers Tip Line.
