HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.

Reward of up to $5,000 leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in this case.


On Thursday, February 22, 2024, at approximately 10:10 p.m., Andres Terriquez was struck by a vehicle in the 1200 block of North Loop West Service Rd. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was crossing the street northbound when they were struck by the suspect’s vehicle, which was traveling eastbound. The suspect(s) fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the collision, the victim suffered major injuries and died.
