HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers, in collaboration with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division, urgently seeks the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s) involved in a tragic Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality incident.

Reward of up to $5,000 leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in this case.

On Saturday, January 13, 2024, at approximately 10:08 p.m., Billy Leon Meadows, the victim, was struck by a vehicle in the 16000 block of East Fwy. in Houston, Texas. Mr. Meadows was walking southbound when he was hit by the suspect’s vehicle, identified as a Honda Civic, traveling westbound. Shockingly, the suspect(s) fled the scene without providing any aid to the victim. Mr. Meadows suffered major injuries and tragically lost his life as a result of the collision.

The suspect vehicle is a 2019-2021 Honda Civic that will have damage to the front left side.
