Crime Stoppers Seeks Assistance in Identifying Suspect(s) in Fatal Hit and Run - James Midkiff
HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers, in collaboration with the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division, is urgently seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a fatal Hit and Run incident that tragically claimed the life of James Midkiff. The incident occurred on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at approximately 9:11 p.m.
During the incident, in the 1600 block of Houston Ave. in Houston, Texas, James Midkiff, who was riding his bicycle southbound, was struck from behind by a suspect's vehicle described as a white sedan with tinted windows, also traveling southbound. The suspect(s) callously fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. Regrettably, James Midkiff sustained major injuries, ultimately succumbing to them.
