Four arrested for burglary and aggravated kidnapping

On Wednesday, the Montgomery County Sheriff's department arrested four suspects for forcing their way into a residence and aggravated kidnapping charges.

Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to 3200 block of North Green Circle in Conroe, Montgomery County, Texas.

When they arrived, they spoke with witnesses at the scene that stated that four suspects entered their residence uninvited and assaulted two people.

The suspects then attempted to remove the two complainants from the residence and one was able to escape.

Suspects then assaulted the remaining complainant and removed a female complainant against her will driving both of them to the Tree House Apartments in Conroe.

The suspects were detained at the apartments by officers from the Conroe Police Department until Montgomery County Deputies could arrive.

Taken into custody was Ivan Osorno-Pichardo, David Wachner, Jody Skipwith and Subrina DeLuna for the offenses of Burgalry of a Habitation/Kidnapping and Aggravated Kidnapping.
