Firefighters Association Hosts Voter Registration Drive Sunday, Aug. 11

CONROE, Texas -- The Conroe Professional Firefighters Association is hosting a voter registration drive this Sunday, August 11, from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., at MLK Sports Park, located at 813 South 1st Street in Conroe. Free BBQ and refreshments will be provided to participants.

Members of CPFA’s Political Action Committee, along with other volunteers, will hand out voter registration cards, offer assistance in completing them correctly, and collect the completed cards to turn in to Montgomery County’s Elections Administration Office.

This event is part of CPFA’s goal to educate the citizens on the importance of voting, including how, when, and where.
