Montgomery County Sheriff's Office blotter: May 13 - May 19

The following incidences were reported by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office between May 13 - May 19.

May 13, Deputy S. Degner stopped a vehicle in the 12000 block of Moorehead Road. During the investigation a female passenger was found to be in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. The 33-year old female from Conroe was arrested at 12:36 am and transported to jail.

May 13, Deputy S. Squier stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of FM 3083 and FM 1484. The driver was operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 31-year old male from Conroe was arrested at 6:47 am and taken to jail.

A 49-year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:17 am, May 14, and taken to jail from a residence on Crockett Martin Road by Deputy C. Santoro for a parole violation warrant.

A 25-year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:09 am, May 14, and taken to jail from a residence on Settler’s Crossing by Deputy Z. Winford for three traffic warrants.

May 15, Deputy C. Santoro stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 3200 block of S. Loop 336. The driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 37-year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:57 am and taken to jail.

May 16, Deputy M. Yow was sent to the 13400 block of Point Aquarius Blvd to a disturbance. The Deputy located two intoxicated males outside of a bar. The two males, 36 and 38 years of age, from Montgomery, were arrested at 11:53 pm and taken to jail.

May 17, Deputy S. Degner stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of FM 1484 and N Loop 336. The driver was found to be intoxicated. The 24-year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:15 am, charged with DWI felony and taken to jail.

May 18, Deputy C. Santoro was dispatched to a disturbance at a residence on Nursery Lane. The Deputy met with an intoxicated female sitting in the ditch in front of the residence. The 48-year old female from Willis was arrested at 2:23 am and taken to jail.

A 61-year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:40 pm, May 19, and taken to jail from Pleasure Lake Drive by Deputy A. Booher for a violation of a protective order.

A 28-year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:38 pm, May 19, and taken to jail from a residence on Deer Way by Deputy C. Santoro for an assault warrant and a fail to appear warrant.

May 19, Deputy L. Slatter was sent to the 12400 block of Lyra Drive to an accident. The Deputy located an intoxicated male on scene and detained him. The 24-year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 8:53 pm and taken to jail.
