Chamber F.Y.I. Newsletter
The newsletter is a monthly publication with 2,500 prints distributed through direct-mail to our database of over 1,200 members and at various locations in the community. The Chamber F.Y.I. highlights monthly Chamber events and event sponsors, new members and membership renewals, ribbon cuttings and ground-breaking ceremonies. The F.Y.I. newsletter is viewable on the Chamber's website, www.conroe.org. Paid advertising is also available.
Free Membership Directory and Website Listing
Chamber members receive free business listings in the Membership Directory, published in print annually and also updated daily on the Chamber’s website. In addition to free listings, members can purchase advertising spots in the printed Membership Directory or banner advertisements on the Chamber’s website.
Networking Breakfasts
Held on the second Wednesday of every month, the Chamber’s Networking Breakfasts are for those early-rising business professionals eager to sell their products and services. Each member has an opportunity to briefly discuss their business and services. Members are encouraged to bring brochures, flyers, and business cards. Door prizes are accepted, and drawings are held at the close of each event.
Business Afterhours
Held on the third Thursday of every month from 5-7 p.m., the Business Afterhours events provide Chamber members with a free reception offering food, beverages, and a great networking atmosphere. Hosting an Afterhours is an excellent way to showcase your business. Each Business Afterhours is held at a different Chamber business location.
Membership Luncheons
Learn about the positive happenings in Montgomery County at these informative lunch meetings held each month. The luncheons are a great opportunity to call upon a business acquaintance and share lunch while networking with your fellow and prospective members. New members and guests are introduced, and cash drawings are held.
Special & Co-Sponsored Events
Numerous events and workshops are held throughout the year, providing Chamber members with multiple avenues to network, advertise their business and services to each other, and support the general public. Members are encouraged to share their talents and knowledge by joining a special events committee.
